Bankruptcy Transcript

RICK REDMAN: There's a niche now that's needed for people like me and my law firm who really understand the ins and outs and the complexities and how bankruptcy works. In the four bankruptcy attorneys in the firm there's a total of sixty-two years of experience in doing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies in addition to my experience in Chapter 11 business-type bankruptcies. The more you do this business, the more cases you've seen, the more people you've talked to, the more problems you've addressed, the more answers you know. And I think by having extremely experienced lawyers who have done literally hundreds and thousands of these cases we bring to bear a lot of experience and a lot of different situations. It is not uncommon for one of us to be sitting with a client that has a really unique problem and to say "let me go talk to one of my partners" and to go actually spend a couple of minutes talking through it because bankruptcy, while many people think it's fairly simple and it seems fairly simple, has just a multitude of issues.
